Production Operator : Milling Operations

Our company is looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Waller, TX (77484). We need someone who can help us produce high-quality chemical products by operating and monitoring our equipment. This is a full-time, rotation-shift position with a starting pay of $16 / hr. that increases to $18.32 / hr. after a successful transition period.

What You'll Do

Operate batch processing equipment, including blenders, pumps, and forklifts , to process chemical substances.

Load and unload bulk trucks, trailers, and other containers.

Monitor equipment and systems, adjusting temperature and pressure as needed.

Package and label finished products.

Keep detailed records of all raw materials and finished products using our company software.

Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or warehouse environment .

Forklift experience (sit-down), as you'll be loading and unloading shipments. We will provide certification for the right candidate.

Experience with chemical handling and movement, including bulk trucks and various packages.

A strong commitment to safety and quality.

The ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Basic math skills and a strong eye for detail.

Background check and drug screen required .

Schedule & Pay

Pay : Starts at $16 / hr. and increases to $18.32 / hr. after transition.

Hours : Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift (5 AM - 1 PM and 1 PM - 9 PM). Some Saturdays may be required.
