Description :
Outpatient behavioral health clinic position.
No weekends or holidays.
Monday to Friday schedule.
Accepts first-time travelers.
One year of experience required.
Participate in assessments and evaluations.
Establish and revise treatment goals.
Develop and implement care plans.
Provide collaborative care and documentation.
Work with adult and child protective services.
Address various psychiatric disorders.
Utilize billable codes under DSM-5-TR for service documentation.
Conduct individual, couples, parent-child, and family therapy sessions.
Potential to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external team members.
Assess patient responses to treatment.
Facilitate discharge and contingency planning.
Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Knowledge of cultural issues is essential.
Involvement with patient education and support is required.
Ability to refer patients to other disciplines and resources.
Experience with high-risk interventions and safety assessments is beneficial.
Familiarity with guardianship and power of attorney processes is preferred.
Overall patient interactions will include adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
Daily census is typically 7-8 patients.
