Key Responsibilities
Facilitate client onboarding calls and assist high net worth clients with necessary documentation
Handle account opening, transfers, and cash management functions
Perform daily reviews of outstanding work to ensure timely processing and positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations or customer service
Comprehensive understanding of investment products and client service functions
