Our experienced Executive Chef is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to work with a trendy Restaurant and event center. We are looking for someone that has a high level of creativity, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Additionally, with a good understanding of new food trends, team-focused, positive attitude, and core values.
Executive Sous Chef Requirements and Benefits :
- 2-5 years of Kitchen leadership experience in an upscale environment
- A passion for high-quality food and presentation
- Has a good understanding of cooking techniques, food safety and cleanliness.
- Has some experience with developing special menus and creative dishes.
- Great leadership skills, motivator, team builder, with strong communication skills.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing all BOH areas and working alongside the Executive Chef.Train, develop staff, supervisors in prep and cooking techniques.Produce high-quality products and work in conjunction with FOH to uphold high guest standards.Collaborate with other leaders on specials, private event preparation and new menu items when needed.Work and lead with a hands-on approach to management while ensuring all standards are met.
