Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a home health position in Connecticut requiring a CT PT license and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities Home health setting with approximately 6 patient visits per day

Day shift schedule from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Candidates must provide proof of current license or a completed application

Renewal receipt or scheduled course dates must be provided if certifications will expire during the assignment

Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are accepted at a reduced rate

Requirements Current CT PT license required; license required if applicable

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required

Current AHA BLS certification required

Home care experience preferred

Two professional references from managers within the past year are required
