Common Qualifications

While each startup has its own hiring criteria many staff mobile engineering roles in our network look for :

6 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and / or Android

Deep expertise in Swift (iOS) and / or Kotlin (Android) for native app development

Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native Flutter or MAUI

Strong knowledge of mobile UI / UX principles animations and accessibility
