Job Responsibilities :

Oversee kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring efficient stock management.

Work closely with the leadership team to plan, implement, and improve kitchen procedures.

Enforce all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Create a positive work culture and ensure team motivation and morale remain high.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar culinary leadership role.

Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
