Job Duties :
Support the Fixed Operations Manager as neededProcess warranty and service contract claimsAssist with labor operations on warranty claimsProcess internal repair orders, including recalls, PDI’s, and used vehicle reconditioningFollow through on requests and update claims as neededCommunicate with factories and distributors regarding unpaid claimsEnsure claims are paid within 30 days and maintain claim integrityComplete filing and administrative tasks as assignedMaintain required training and good working relationships with factory representativesCollaborate effectively with other employees and departmentsQualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseGeneral knowledge of service operations preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsIf you are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy supporting a high-performing team, we invite you to apply!
