Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary :

The Inventory Control Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems, directly impacting operational success and the customer experience. This role serves as the primary liaison between the operations and inventory teams and supports ongoing improvements in inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and a robust cycle count program.
• Enter and validate daily shipping transactions in Oracle.
• Track and manage inventory levels using WMS and inventory management systems.
• Investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
• Reconcile and maintain data accuracy between Extensiv and Oracle systems.
• Serve as a communication bridge between inventory and operations teams.
• Assist in process improvements to support made-to-stock inventory operations.
• Perform additional inventory-related tasks as assigned.
