Maintenance Technician

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join a large plastic material manufacturing and forwarding facility in Pasadena, TX. This well-established company is a leader in producing and distributing high-quality plastic materials used across multiple industries.

Pay Rate

$23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule & Hours

Training time (7am to 3 : 30pm Monday to Friday) 12-hour rotation schedule shift (Overtime & weekends as needed)

Maintenance Technician Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Utilize process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failure.
• Ensure consistent production of quality products through monitoring of processes, raw materials, and finished products.
• Record, document, and report maintenance activities, data, and performance metrics.
