Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage inbound calls, with potential outbound calls as needed

Update and maintain patient data for accuracy

Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

Required Qualifications

Must have prior call center experience

Medical call center experience is preferred but not mandatory

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Must be willing to participate in an on-camera interview

Ability to work from home with an active internet connection
