What You'll Do

• Manage Inventory : Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain product availability.
• Execute Merchandising : Implement planograms and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Drive Sales : Carry out promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and track performance.
• Build Relationships : Partner with store managers and commissary staff to ensure seamless execution and strong in-store support.
• Maintain Excellence : Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, labeling, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze and Adapt : Anticipate needs, communicate inventory concerns, and help optimize sales performance.
• Promote Compliance : Follow all military retailers and installation rules and safety protocols.
