The Gardens at West Shore, a skilled nursing facility located in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated  Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / CFY to join our therapy team. This role plays a vital part in helping our residents regain and maintain communication and swallowing abilities, directly enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols.

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Implement therapeutic interventions with clear, measurable goals.

Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on techniques to support progress and retention of skills.

Qualifications :

Current Pennsylvania license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or consideration given to strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates.

Current BLS certification.
