Corporate Controller Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and developing financial strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning
  • Implement and manage ERP systems and financial software
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external audits
  • Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Epicor or Prophet 21
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
