Job Description :

• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and other health metrics using telemetry equipment.
• Identify and report any changes in a patient's condition to ensure timely intervention by physicians.
• Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, patient education, and emotional support.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records for effective patient care planning.
