Affiliate decline form permitted.COVID-19 vaccine Proof of vaccination. For those that do not have the vaccine, complete attached declination form. (Client form is requried)TB Documentation of two (2) TB skin tests (one (1) TB skin test completed within year of start date and one (1) TB skin test completed within thirty (30) days of start date); TB skin test annually thereafter, or TB QuantiFERON or T-Spot within ninety (90) days of start and annually thereafter. For past positive PPD cases, proof of past positive TB, Chest X-Ray (2 views required) conducted within one (1) year of start.BBGH Tuberculosis Health Screen Questionnaire BBGH Client Specific Form; completed within thirty (30) days of start, and updated annuallyRespiratory Fit Test Completed within one (1) year of start. BBGH utilizes the following Respirators : PAPR, 3M 1860, 1860s, 1870, 9205Color Blindness Test Completed within one (1) year of start date. Either completed through a clinic or through an on-line testing module with a passing score.Education verification Education verification must be for the highest level of education relevant to the postiion working through a third party vendor. Diplomas or transcripts are not accepted. The education institution must match the name of the institution on the BBGH Background Collection form as well as the resume (institution and date graduated)Specialty Competency Exam Completed within one (1) year of start for the specialty corresponding to the CP's Assignment. Required annually and 80% or passing score required.Joint Commission Core I, II, and III modules Completed within one (1) year of start; required annually. Must include HIPAA training. An 80% passing score is required.Department Notes : 3 OR suites, approximately 150-160 cases per month.  Variety of cases including Endo, Urology, Ortho (total knee, spine, hand, elbow, and shoulders), Dental and ENT. BBGH does not perform neuro or open heart surgeries, and they do not have robotics.  Omnicell utilized for medications and supplies, Meditech for computer charting.  Equipment reps are available for 75% of surgeries.Misc of 2 years experience working in Pre-Op and Post-Op setting.  Will be providing care through the operative phases, not including circulating.  Nurse to patient ratio in Pre and Post Op 1 : 3.Requirements :   Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska, or Compact State, BLS, ACLS, and PALS all issued through American Heart Association. Shift :   8 hour days; 6 : 45AM-3 : 15PM, No call is required.Charting : MeditechScrubs :   Provided by departmentOrientation :   Held every Wednesday, consisting of three days of classroom orientation and one shift with preceptor on the unit.
