This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Specialty Sales Director is responsible for driving Specialty Business activities in crucial markets with a focus on high-value and strategic clients. How you will make an impact :

• Focuses on strengthening key relationships and driving results. Works in partnership with local leadership and teams to ensure field sales team goals are met.
• Fosters both internal relationships with important stakeholders and operational components as well as external relationships with clients and producers.
• Collaborates with senior leadership and contributes to decision-making processes for the implementation of new programs.
• Builds and conducts a training program in conjunction with the product team for assigned territories.
• Engages with senior leadership and participates in decision-making processes related to the implementation of new programs.
• Travels as necessary to meet with prospective clients or other principals.

Minimum Requirements : Requires a BA / BS and a minimum of 10 years experience and a minimum of 5 years within dental, vision, voluntary or healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license and / or appointment required if mandated by law.
