Infrastructure Security Engineer

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to enhance security practices within its infrastructure and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Advise engineering and IT teams on security topics, focusing on automation, security hardening, and supply chain security

Organize and perform penetration testing of infrastructure and collaborate with external parties

Write and promote company-wide security standards, and mentor team members on security and IT matters

Required Qualifications

Experience with Linux-based tech stacks, including managed VMs, SSH, VPNs, and firewalls

Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, GitLab, and ArgoCD

Familiarity with various cloud platforms, including Google Cloud

Understanding of blockchain technology and associated tooling is preferred

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and focus on outcome-based delivery
