About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Data Strategy to join their forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the data offerings and go-to-market strategy, blending business strategy, technological expertise, and sales skills to create scalable data services. Your leadership will shape the data services strategy and roadmap, facilitate the development of packaged offerings, and collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to establish robust methodologies.

You will play a crucial role in sales and market development, engaging in high-level executive discussions and positioning yourself as a thought leader in public-facing initiatives. We seek candidates with at least 10 years of experience in data strategy, architecture, or analytics leadership, coupled with a strong foundation in modern data platforms. Your ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes, coupled with your experience in data modernization and governance initiatives, will be vital for success. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare is crucial, along with expertise in platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks. Candidates with Salesforce Data Cloud or Integration Architect certifications and previous consulting experience in a data practice or professional services organization will be highly regarded.
