A company is looking for an ALTA Reconciliation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Track ALTA pipeline to balance final Closing Disclosures per Escrow State Compliance Standards

Create and manage final disclosure pipeline, validating escrow state loans disbursed according to Closing Disclosures

Ensure compliance with dry state regulations by following up on outstanding documents

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5 years of post-closing or similar experience required

Knowledge of TRID fee compliance standards

Understanding of Escrow State post-funding disbursement processes

Encompass experience preferred
