Collaborative primary care group located north of Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine physician to join their group of 6 at a well-established practice. Position :

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient care
• Low patient volume : 8-12 patients per day
• 4-day work week
• Opportunity for future leadership, if desired
• $285K base RVUs
• $150,000 sign-on incentive $10,000 relocation assistance
