💵 Pay: $34–$38/hr
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $400
🕐 Shifts: AM, PM
🗓️ Schedule: PRN / Part-Time / Flexible
💲 Daily & Weekly Pay Options

• Santa Maria: 8am–12pm and 4pm–8pm (G-tube client)/New Client Mon-Sunday 8am-4pm
• San Luis Obispo: Days/Evenings (covering 8am–10pm throughout the day)
• Saturdays & Sundays: Flexible between 8am and 10pm (All SM & SLO Clients)
• Buellton: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 10am-4pm to start

📝 What You’ll Do

• Provide patient care based on specific care plans and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other providers
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
• Accurately chart and report changes in patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• Active LVN license in California
• 1 year of LVN experience within the last 3 years
• Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
• Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
• Completed Clinical Skills Assessment
• Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
