Post Closing Specialist

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Complete and assist with the administration and coordination of Recordings, Post-Closing, and Title Policy Issuance

Maintain and update internal systems status updates and track recording rejections

Perform Quality Control of title insurance policies and assist in sorting and filing loan documents

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent or 1+ years of experience in the title industry

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SoftPro preferred

Ability to work overtime as required

Familiarity with customer service practices
