Associate Attorney - Trust & Estates

Our client, a full-service law firm with a legacy of over 150 years, is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney with 2–7 years of experience in estate litigation, probate, and estate administration to join its Bergen County, New Jersey office.

Educational & Experience Requirements :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in New Jersey
• 2–7 years of experience in estate litigation, probate, and estate administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, decision-making abilities
• Ability to communicate professionally with both internal team members and external clients
• Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
