Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst to work on site 3 days / week. This is a rare opportunity to join a medical device company at its first commercialization phase and shape the foundation of our go-to-market execution.

What You'll Do :

Month-End Close Support (25%)

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's order-to-cash cycle, including quoting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Perform monthly and quarterly analytical review procedures to ensure accurate revenue and cost accounting.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable (A / R).
• Complete sales tax reconciliations and support compliance needs.
• Assist with inventory tracking, valuation, and reconciliation.
