This position is for a Chair, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health at Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Medicine and SSM Health's SLUCare Physician Group. The department offers comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to women in the greater St. Louis area and Southern Illinois. Faculty are distinguished physicians and educators engaged in research in women's health.

The mission of the department is to excel in :

• Professional education at undergraduate, graduate, and continuing levels, including patient and community education.
• Patient care, providing primary health care and full spectrum specialty services in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Research, including biological, clinical, and health services research.

The department offers an ACGME-accredited residency and maternal fetal medicine fellowship. With the 2022 integration of SLUCare into SSM Health, the department is positioned for growth in education, research, and patient care.
