Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Hospital Pharmacist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel GENERAL OBJECTIVES : Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request. Maintains medication stock in patient care areas. Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to policies, procedures and protocols. Must have an active CO PHA License in good standing and want to work Nights Schedule is 7-on / 7-off Nights Education : Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree. Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1.
