SE Civil, in Fairhope, Alabama, is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Applicant must be licensed a minimum of 2 years and have experience in Boundary, Topographic, and ALTA / ASCM surveys.

Responsibilities :

Managing Field Crew personnel and schedules

Manage Field Data and Records

Research Public Records

Pre-calculations for Field Crews

Project Scheduling

Compliance with Standards of Practice

Compliance with Governmental Requirements

Implementing QA / QC

Courteous and Professional Interaction with Clients and other professionals

Field Visits as needed

Ensure Equipment Maintenance and Calibration

Education / Experience

Alabama Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in good standing

Florida PSM preferred but not required

Degree in related field preferred

Minimum 5 years in Survey Management role

Boundary, Topographic, ALTA / ASCM, and As-built surveys

Control / Stakeout Surveys

Software

Autocad with Carlson / Civil3D

Microsoft Office products

Data Collector Software
