Job description

Position Responsibilities :

  • Acts as key contributor to developing and deploying HR strategies that align with organizational and site-specific business goals, promoting employee engagement and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and continuous learning work environment.
  • Drives talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning, to foster a culture of caring leadership and nurture a pipeline of experienced professionals.
  • Identifies HR opportunities and challenges within respective functions, providing insights, guidance, and solutions to foster a workforce that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Guides, directs, and supports leadership and managers on multiple HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs, policies, and processes. Serves as primary liaison between assigned business units and HR COEs. Executes local & corporate HR projects / programs effectively & efficiently.
  • Uses HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and lead HR interventions, ensuring fairness and equity in HR practices.
  • Coaches leaders of people and execution timeliness for defined HR processes.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant human resources experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
  • General knowledge of relevant local employment law, human resources policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proven ability to think strategically and work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Prior HRBP experience in the pharmaceutical, CDMO, and / or manufacturing environments preferred.
