Senior Lead, Master Data Management

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Master Data & Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Define and enforce master data standards across critical domains (customer, product, network, billing)

Develop and implement data quality rules, monitoring, and dashboards using enterprise governance tools

Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment across systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field

8+ years of professional experience in data-related functions

5+ years of direct experience in data management, master data management (MDM), or data quality functions

Hands-on experience with data quality tools and MDM platforms

Strong SQL / ETL proficiency and understanding of telecommunication or fiber industry data domains
