Salary Range : $64,480 - $79,040 DOE

As a Project Accountant , you'll play a key role in the financial operations that support field services across the country. This position focuses on accurate invoicing, purchase order management, and billing for complex service lines. It's a great fit for professionals with strong organizational skills and prior project accounting experience, especially in construction or environmental services.

Overview of the Project Accountant Role :

• Manage billing operations for multiple service lines, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of invoices.
• Perform data entry, pull purchase orders, and conduct worksheet reviews in preparation for client invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation and confirm project billing terms.
• Support invoice generation, ensuring alignment with customer contracts and scopes of work.
• Utilize Spectrum software and Excel for data tracking and financial reporting.
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Help maintain audit-ready records and contribute to process improvements across project accounting functions.
