The Change Order Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, as well as generating reports, on open change orders throughout the process until final acceptance at the customer site. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organization skills as well as a keen attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing internal change orders including checking change description accuracy, collecting required materials from various departments, and considering unforeseen obstacles through analysis of part print changes for mechanical, electrical and fluid engineering prints
- Managing correspondence and process tracking with customers and various internal departments
- Ensuring proper documentation is completed in regards to change order readiness prior to shipment to customer
Education & Experience Requirements
Associate's degree preferred in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years machine building experienceFamiliar with SAP is a plus, but not requiredGeneral Requirements
