Job Overview :

The Director of Warehouse & Logistics is responsible for all warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation operations across company-owned facilities in California, Illinois, and Canada, as well as third-party logistics (3PL) partners in North America. This leader ensures efficient, accurate, and scalable operations that meet customer demand and support overall business growth.

Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Direct and oversee all warehouse and QC operations across North American sites (CA, IL, and Canada).
• Manage relationships and performance with 3PL partners to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy and speed.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and carrier performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.
• Establish and track KPIs related to fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Evaluate and integrate technology solutions (WMS, TMS, automation tools) to increase operational visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all warehouse operations.
• Manage and develop warehouse leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and workforce planning to support current and future business needs.
