Residency :

Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine.

Board Certifications :

MUST be Board Eligible, with achievement of certification within 5 years, or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.

Life Certifications :

ABEM and AOBEM : Must have ATLS at least once in career, other than that all life certifications are waived.

Immunizations : FLU / COVID

CME : 24 Months

CASE LOGS : 24 months

24-hours of Physician Coverage : 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

APP Coverage : Will be adding once volume picks up

EMR : Meditech

Anticipated 10 - 12,000 annual FSED patient visits

PPH : 1.15 1.5

12-bed ED

Onsite lab, x-ray, and CT

Transfer to Parkridge Main or East Hospital
