Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation while consistently providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role offers an opportunity for professional development and advancement in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Job Type : Full Time / Onsite, M-F

Responsibilities :

• Manage your own caseload of 100 personal injury cases from intake until the case goes to litigation.
• Conduct 30-day client calls regarding medical care, providers, and update on current treatment status.
• Independently review cases, conduct investigations to gather necessary information for cases where initial claims are unsuccessful, and establish No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims as required.
• Knowledge of No-Fault applications, filing of claims / procedures, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of processing lost wage claims and retrieving police reports.
• Complete initial call to client within 24 hours — request Dec Page, photos, confirm how the accident happened, and gather witness information.
• Send witness letters to witnesses mentioned by the client.
• Open claims with insurance companies and accurately enter information in Litify insurance tabs and provider tabs.
• Manage liens, including medical liens and workers' compensation liens, and enter them in the Liens tab.
• Set up property damage claims if needed.
• Maintain and develop pre-litigation case files and prepare them for transition to litigation.

Qualifications :

Salary and Benefits :

Annual salary is based upon years of prelitigation personal injury experience. Compensation : $65,000 - $75,000 USD. Base salary or hourly range will be determined during the interview and may vary based on experience and market factors. Benefits include Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision), Paid Time Off, robust Holiday Schedule, Summer Fridays, and 401(k) with matching for qualifying employees.
