Patient Care Coordinator Neuro-Optometric Practice

NorthwestEye Care Professionalsis currently seekingtwo full-time Patient Care Coordinators to join our dedicated team across our three neuro-optometric clinic locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative healthcare environment.

Locations : Clackamas, Hillsboro, and Vancouver (In-Person)

Practice : Northwest Eye Care Professionals (NWECP)

Status : Full-Time | Currently Hiring for Two Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout clinic and vision therapy visits
• Facilitate patient check-in / check-out and appointment scheduling
• Answer incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments to ensure quality care
• Provide empathetic assistance to patients with neurological and visual complexities
