About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist

License : State licensed

Certifications : BLS

• Epic and Oasis experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

Description :

This position involves working Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

There are no weekend or on-call duties.

The therapist will manage 4 to 5 patients a day depending on territory and drive time.

Mileage reimbursement will follow IRS standards.

Experience in home health is required.

The following skills and knowledge are necessary :

Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics.

The daily census is approximately 210 patients.

The therapist will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Knowledge of special procedures and equipment may be required.

Travel may be a part of this role due to home health nature.
