Job descriptionProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, including manufacturing and industrial settings. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any unusual activity. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and relay important information. Document observations, incidents, and / or activities as required by site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
