Job description

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Team Lead to oversee a team of ServiceNow professionals and manage customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize incoming ServiceNow tasks, ensuring timely delivery of incident resolutions and service requests

Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements to optimize performance

Act as the primary liaison with customers to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

2+ years in a leadership or team lead role

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (required)

Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration
