Responsibilities
- Visit client facilities to proficiently install, troubleshoot, repair, and sustain top?tier machine tool equipment and controls.
- Utilize a variety of resources including manuals and technical documents, teamed with internal and vendor consultants to resolve machine issues efficiently.
- Execute and manage detailed documentation of installation status, machine issues, and ongoing repairs, both for internal tracking and client assurance.
- Advance preventive maintenance efforts, coupled with delivering comprehensive technical support and training post?purchase.
- Command a deep understanding of the machine tool industry and the diverse range of products that the organization champions.
- Engage in additional duties that reflect the logical scope and nature of this position.
Essential Qualifications
Have at least five years of experience in CNC repair duties.Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and essential business software.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.Proven technical expertise and aptitude for communication and presentation roles.Adaptable to the role's physical demands such as regional travel and flexible scheduling.Why Work With Us
