Executive Assistant
San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid
Compensation : $120K - $175K
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will support senior leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize commitments, and schedule meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
Plan and organize internal and external meetings, events, and executive sessions.
Prepare, edit, and finalize reports, presentations, agendas, and other documents.
Manage and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and confidential filing systems; assist with research and special projects.
Act as a gatekeeper for executive communications, ensuring seamless workflow.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
