Senior Superintendent

We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex interior construction projects in healthcare, education, and corporate environments. This role is ideal for an experienced builder who thrives on precision, collaboration, and delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll serve as the on-site leader — managing field operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring all construction activities align with the project schedule, budget, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for interior build-outs, renovations, and complex commercial projects
• Oversee field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and daily jobsite operations
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, schedule, and quality control standards
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and architects to resolve field issues and maintain open communication
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, building codes, and company standards
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to proactively identify potential conflicts or design challenges
• Direct and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning
• Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover activities
