Team Description
The Brain Interfaces Team is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and testing of all systems related to the implant and charger. Our projects involve electrical and mechanical test systems, custom jigs and fixtures used in manufacturing and assembly, electronics packaging, and tooling at the interface between the implant and the surgical robot.

As an Engineering Lab Manager, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining an environment that empowers our engineering and manufacturing teams to innovate and deliver groundbreaking medical devices. You will go beyond managing equipment and facilities; you will be a key enabler of technical and operational success, ensuring that the lab spaces are designed for efficiency and collaboration. The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We also believe in aligning our employees' success with the company's long-term growth. As such, in addition to base salary, Neuralink offers equity compensation (in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSU)) for all full-time employees.
Base Salary Range : $68,000 - $114,000 USD
