Posting Specialist

The Posting Specialist is responsible for posting all third party and self-pay payments to individual client accounts, so that each account reflects the accurate amount due for services rendered.

Primary areas of responsibility include :

• Verifying that all payments received and posted are accurate for services provided.
• Resulting errors are reconciled with Billing Specialists.
• Balancing all payments posted to the daily bank deposit spreadsheets to ensure accurate recognition of revenue by program.
• Working with Accounting on spreadsheets which include verifying the daily receipts entered into Cerner as well as reviewing credit card transactions.
• Coordinating and performing the reimbursement month-end close process.

Hiring Range : $18 / hour-$20 / hour
