General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Planning Coordinator CDC Emergency Operations to join our team onsite at the CDC Roybal Campus in Atlanta, GA. This position supports the CDC's Division of Emergency Operations (DEO) within the Office of Readiness and Response (ORR).
Public health emergency preparedness is dynamic and constantly evolving. CDC's DEO leads and administers the agency's Emergency Management Program, enabling CDC to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a full spectrum of public health threats, domestically and globally.
In this role, you will ensure timely development, execution, and maintenance of core incident planning documents including Incident Action Plans, Situation Reports, Transition Activities, and Response Plans that guide CDC's emergency operations.
This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with prior CDC, DEO, or Emergency Operations Center (EOC) experience who want to continue supporting CDC's mission, as well as Atlanta-based public health and emergency management specialists seeking to deepen their impact.

The likely salary range for this position is $55,250 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
