Job descriptionMonday through Friday scheduling (with flexibility) Monday 8am-5pm at Occupational Health Clinic Tuesday 7am-3 : 30pm at John Deere Facility Wednesday 8am-5pm at clinic Thursday 7am-3 : 30pm at John Deere Friday 6am-10am at John Deere and 10am-2 : 30pm at clinic Average patients / day : 22-25 / provider No call requirement 36 patient care hours / week with 4 hours / week dedicated to Medical Directorship duties Medical Director is to establish and direct policies and protocol to ensure best patient outcomes Must be highly motivated to manage a busy and growing Occupational Medicine practice Maintaining and promoting strong client focus Fostering positive relationships with employers / clients A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
