- Responsibilities
_This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities : _
_All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, troubleshooting__Administer and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform.__Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.__Develop and maintain custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex.__Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.__Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.__Conduct data quality and integrity checks, and perform data migrations and uploads.__Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features and enhancements aligned with business goals.__Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.__Understanding of basic triggers / Apex code knowledge__Sandbox environment management__DevOps / release management experience__Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience__Identify unused or underutilized platform features__Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders__Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders__Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed__Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer_Qualifications and Background_Required : _
_Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. __Certified Salesforce Administrator__Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification__Preferred : _
