Primary Job Responsibilities
· Order entry and management
· Document creation and management including professional RFI and other communications to clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
· Prepares and assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects in categories HVAC products.
· Calling Queues, Trouble Queues, Open Order Queues, and work with appropriate sales associate to communicate with customer about status of that Queue
· Maintain organized process to ensure the workflow balance of customer needs and delivery logistics
· Complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints
Required Experience and Skills
· Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
· Have basic knowledge of HVAC, ventilation and makeup air design
· Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
Preferred Experience and Skills
· 1 to 3 years of prior blueprint experience
· Previous experience using Solar Eclipse
