Job descriptionProvide Nurturing Care : Create a warm, safe, and loving environment where infants feel secure, promoting healthy emotional and social development. Implement Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum : Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum to deliver stimulating activities that foster cognitive, physical, and language development through age-appropriate play and exploration. Build Strong Relationships : Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with infants, parents, and fellow teachers. Facilitate open communication about each child's progress. Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment : Ensure the infant classroom is safe, clean, and organized to promote optimal learning and well-being. Passion for Early Childhood Education : A genuine love for infants and a desire to make a positive impact on their development. Educational Background : High school diploma / GED required with experience in a licensed childcare setting. Certifications : CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Patience, Kindness, and Creativity : Ability to work with infants in a calm and supportive manner, using creativity to engage their minds. Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills : Build positive relationships with parents and work collaboratively within a team environment.
