Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant – Grants & Projects

Houston, TX | Long-Term - 60% Remote

iSphere is seeking a Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion’s Grants & Projects module . This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex business requirements into clean, effective system configurations that keep financial tracking accurate and grant / project management running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead configuration of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Grants & Projects module

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements

Translate requirements into system settings, workflows, and reporting structures

Support system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of updates or enhancements

Document configurations and maintain compliance with governance standards

Collaborate with other functional leads to ensure seamless integration across modules

What We’re Looking For :

Proven functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Grants & Projects

Strong understanding of grant management and project accounting processes

Experience leading configuration projects from requirements gathering to go-live

Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between finance, operations, and technical teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping deliverables on track
